All holidays booked through ARROO Destinations are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

Details of Participation
Congratulations, as a qualified participant, and in appreciation of your time, the resort developer has extended this special promotional vacation package. Other than the 90 minute resort presentation, there is no other obligation. The resort presentation is designed to be fun and informative and generally includes a tour of the resort property & amenities. Happy holidays!

Your accommodation will be at one of the advertised resorts. For Thailand holidays, Nirvana Place Resort is the location for your 90 minute resort sales presentation. A link to map and directions will be provided in an email confirmation that will be sent to you upon booking a reservation.

 

  • Attend and complete a courteous 90-120 minute resort presentation. 
  • One of the participants must be at least 30 years of age. Sorry, but students without full-time employment do NOT qualify.
  • Married or cohabitating couples must tour together. If cohabitating, must provide proof of same address. Singles welcome.
  • Participant(s) must have a combined household income of at least £28, 000 per year.
  • Two forms of ID are required for check-in and the presentation: Valid Driver's license, Military ID, Passport or State Issued ID with Picture AND a major credit card with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo, established checkbook, or check/debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
  • Participants must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently.
  • The sales presentation will take place on a day during the vacation stay (except day of arrival and day of departure).
  • Offer not available to current owners of a Club Absolute product, individuals that have attended a Club Absolute presentation within the past twelve (12) months, and any employee or relative of Club Absolute or affiliate marketer of Club Absolute.
  • ARROO Destinations holds no discretion over the terms and conditions of this package. The terms and conditions are set forth by the resort developer. If ARROO Destinations believes that the terms and conditions of the package are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any package before the arrival date.
  • ARROO Destinations is not responsible for any purchases made for your vacation outside of the purchased package, this includes but is not limited to: airfare, transportation, park or event tickets, guided tours, etc. Any questions please contact ARROO Destinations at legal@arroo.com

Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy


Rescheduling Your Reservation:
We know plans change. Sometimes an emergency arises and other times, you just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally chose. That’s why ARROO Destinations offers a flexible rescheduling policy.

As long as you call us at least 21 business days before your arrival date, we can reschedule your holiday for £39.95 Please note that if you don’t give us at least 21 business days notice, our cancellation policy will apply. (See below.)

To reschedule call us at 0904 445 2010 - Call cost £1.00 per minute from a BT landline, calls from a mobile may cost considerably more, or email us at reservations@arroo.com. If calling after office hours or emailing, please make sure to include:


• your name
• your reservation number
• the original date of arrival and departure
• your new date of arrival and departure

Canceling Your Reservation:
ARROO Destinations also understands that on occasion, you can’t reschedule your trip and must cancel instead. You can do this at no cost within 48 hours of scheduling your trip, unless the reservation is being made within the cancellation period of 21 business days. A £89 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your trip after the 48 hour grace period. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. The £89 is also creditable towards your next ARROO Destinations reservation.

If you cancel your reservation less than 21 business days before your arrival date, you will be assessed a £89 cancellation fee + 1 room night (at the additional night room rate). The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. The cancellation period of 21 business days supersedes any provision within this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

We can only process cancellations by phone, 0904 445 2010 - Call cost £1.00 pence per minute from a BT landline calls from mobile may cost considerable more. Emails are not an acceptable form of cancellation.

PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights.

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

1. To qualify for this holiday you must be travelling with your partner. No singles are permitted to take up this offer without prior authorisation from senior management.

 

2. Two of the passengers named must be the qualified redeeming couple and you must nominate all travellers at the time of application. You may apply to change names three and four in writing only prior to any offer of a holiday being made. Once an offer has been made, no changes can be made and all named passengers must travel. Change of address notification will only be accepted in writing.

 

3. It is at the discretion of the resort to select the required level of accommodation that you will receive. The levels of accommodation are as follows: hotel suite, studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom self-catering unit; the one bedroom unit sleeps up to four adults, and the two bedroom unit sleeps up to six adults. These resorts are of a very high standard, therefore any deliberate or accidental damage to your apartment will be your responsibility and you will be liable for it.

 

4. Any extension to your holiday not booked via ARROO Destinations and not divulged at the initial booking stage, will invalidate your holiday.

 

5. As a couple, you will be required by the resort to attend a Products and Services update, of at least 90 minutes, to show you the facilities and to explain to you the benefits of the ownership system. However, you are under no obligation to buy or enter into any contract. An appointment will be made for you during your stay at your chosen resort. If you fail to attend this Products and Services update, without valid reason, you shall be liable to pay the full rental cost for your accommodation for the duration of your holiday.

 

6. The person making the booking (lead passenger(s)) must be aged 30 years or over and must accept responsibility for all members of the party travelling. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following; a) criminal offences and b) previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.

 

7. Due to the costs incurred during the booking process, ARROO Destinations are unable to offer a refund policy. However, you will not lose any monies paid. Your purchased holiday(s) will be entered into a pending system for you to reclaim within a specific period.

 

8. If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform us by contacting our Customer Services as soon as possible. Any changes to a confirmed booking will be subject to a £25 administration charge.

 

9. Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement will invalidate this agreement and release us from any future liabilities. No claims will be honored or acknowledged outside these terms and conditions.

 

10. Some of the resorts we deal with have criteria of which must be met for you to travel to. You may be limited to which resorts you can travel to, depending on your circumstances.

 

11. All TBA (to be arranged) holidays will come with an expiry date on issue, in the event of the expiry date being missing the holiday will only be valid for 2 years 11 months from the date of the paperwork.

 

12. All ARROO Destinations holidays are subject to availability.

 

13. Prior to all arrangements ARROO Destinations vets its appointed resorts, destinations and corporate buyers. These promotional holidays are planned in advance. If, in between the planning and holiday time, circumstances beyond ARROO Destinations´ control change, ARROO Destinations reserve the right to vary and/or substitute the itineraries and any components of the holiday offer.

 

14. ARROO Destinations has, and will, persevere to give optimum services by selecting and contracting high quality holiday resorts, agents and suppliers for their standards and credibility. ARROO Destinations reserves the right, with or without notice, to add, withdraw or substitute these.

 

15. All arrangements are subject to the conditions imposed by participating resorts and we do not accept responsibility for their defaults or negligence of others.

 

16. All resorts will require a key deposit payable by a recognised credit card for all accommodation (refundable on departure). And damage will be charged to the credit card.

 

17. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and any visa that may be necessary. ARROO Destinations will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel.

 

18. ARROO Destinations does not accept liability for any changed, loss delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, act of god, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics, willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any other person of companies who are not employees or authorised agents of ARROO Destinations.

 

19. You are responsible for complying with any airline's terms and conditions and if, in the reasonable opinion of a person acting in authority, you are not fit to travel, he or she may refuse to let you board the aircraft. Normally this happens if such person thinks you are likely to disturb or harm other passengers. In this case your contract with ARROO Destinations will end immediately and we will no longer be responsible for you.

 

20. ARROO Destinations will not be held responsible for you not having adequate travel insurance or for any injuries or costs that come as a result of your own carelessness.

 

21. We won't send you e-mails, which you do not want but we can't guarantee that third parties to whom your details are sent won't do so

 

22. When you purchase anything from us or give us any personal data as indicated above, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction, fulfill your order and provide you with the services you expect then and in the future. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, your phone number and your credit card details. This information will be kept secure and is bound by our confidentiality codes.

 

23. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. This is of course subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties, such as members of our own group, our own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality codes, and when we are legally obliged to disclose your data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
